These Terms apply to all users, agents, franchises, organizations, and administrators.
2. Scope of Services
Rokswood provides a suite of digital platforms across multiple sectors:
A. Utility-Based Systems (Wallet Enabled)
- RokswoodOne and related infrastructure
- Utility payments (power, gas, water, device charging, etc.)
B. Non-Utility Platforms
- BaptistOne – Church management and engagement
- Agrify – Agricultural marketplace and operations
- RokswoodPulse – Subscription-based infrastructure monitoring
- RokswoodHive – Internal business operations and workflow management
3. Wallet Usage Policy (Applies ONLY to Utility Platforms)
For platforms with wallet functionality (e.g., RokswoodOne):
Permitted Use:
- Utility payments only
- Approved service transactions within the Rokswood ecosystem
❗ Strictly Prohibited:
Users MUST NOT:
- Use the wallet as a bank account substitute
- Withdraw funds to:
- Bank accounts
- External wallets
- Third-party platforms
- Use the wallet for:
- Fraudulent transactions
- Money laundering
- Investment schemes or pooling of funds
- Unauthorized financial services
All funds deposited must be used strictly for utility-related services.
4. No Withdrawal Policy
Rokswood utility wallets are closed-loop systems:
- No withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances
- Any attempt to bypass this system will result in:
- Immediate suspension
- Account termination
- Possible legal action
5. Mandatory KYC & Compliance
To ensure regulatory compliance:

- All subsidiaries and affiliated companies
- Directors, employees, agents, and partners
from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Fraudulent activities conducted by you
- Misuse of wallet or platform services
- Regulatory violations or illegal transactions
- Actions of agents, franchisees, or third parties under your control
Rokswood bears NO responsibility for user misconduct or fraud.
8. Agent & Franchise Responsibility
If you operate as an agent or franchise:
- You are fully responsible for:
- Users onboarded under you
- Transactions processed through your network
- Compliance with all KYC and legal requirements
Rokswood is not liable for:
- Fraud committed by agents or franchise operators
- Misrepresentation or misuse of the platform
9. Monitoring & Enforcement
Rokswood reserves the right to:
- Monitor all activities across its platforms
- Detect and flag suspicious transactions
- Suspend or terminate accounts without notice
- Report suspicious activity to regulatory authorities
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Rokswood shall not be liable for:
- Losses arising from user misuse
- Fraudulent transactions conducted by users or third parties
- Unauthorized access due to user negligence
Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
11. No Financial Institution Representation
Rokswood is not a bank or financial institution.
- Wallets do not support withdrawals
- No interest or financial returns are provided
- Services are strictly operational and utility-driven

By using our services, you consent to:
